Good, but not a 3 person tube, September 11, 2009 By Simple Consumer (Washington, United States) - See all my reviews This review is from: Kwik Tek Super Slice Inflatable Towable (Sports) I purchased this tube as a 3 person tube. However, remember it is a 70" tube. This means that 3 small children may be able to use it, but 2 bigger teenagers is definitely the max. Saucer type tubes like this are muscle intensive, meaning that you really need to hang on with your arms and they get tired. Bigger people will drag their feet in the water, which can also be annoying to some.
The tube cover seems well made with good handles, comfortable material (some material will scratch bare skin). Ours quickly developed a "tumor" in the bladder that caused a large bubble out the top and bottom of the tube which made it uncomfortable to ride. We had to return it, however I would certainly buy the same tube again.
Comes with a decent rope and the quick attach makes it easy to tie on. Any tube you purchase should have one. This is a great price for a good size tube. Remember to store your tube out of direct sun and be safe.

The kids absolutely think this is the best thing ever. As an adult, I would, however, not recommend putting a child under the age of 10 on this towable since it has no place to sit "into". The top surface is flat and lateral forces can sling a child off it (although this is a declared objective of my 12 & 15 year old :-) ).

We had a big mabel which was great but too big. This tube is nice and small but still allows for fun for up to three people.
